Jingles all the way, as quartet records election songs for radio

Four members of Capital Chorus have landed a role in a quirky and irreverent new show about the twists and turns of the General Election Campaign. The chorus was contacted by the BBC and asked if we could provide a quartet to sing a series of songs and "jingles" for the programme. The call was answered by - from right to left - Khuz (baritone), Paul (bass), Greg (lead) and John (tenor), who are pictured in the studio with producer Leala Padmanabhan, who wrote new words for the occasion to the tune "Mr Sandman".

Campaign Sidebar is presented by the journalist Hugo Rifkind, and is broadcast at 11am on Radio 4, on each of the four Saturdays leading up to the election,  The first programme went out on April 11th, but if you miss any of the shows you can catch up here:  http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b05rbxhq
